Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships? We're looking for a Member Services Representative to be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping members with their financial needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Onsite \| Full-Time \| Appleton, WI \| M-F 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + Every Other Saturday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM What You'll Do: * Answer 75-125 inbound calls daily with professionalism and care. * Assist members with online/mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, fraud concerns, travel alerts, and more. * Identify member needs and recommend services that add value. * Navigate multiple systems (up to 4 programs/screens at once) efficiently. * Track and review daily performance metrics and participate in call reviews. * Aim for 30 direct member discussions per month and document interactions. What You Bring: * Previous customer service experience (call center or financial industry preferred). * Strong computer skills (40+ WPM) and ability to multitask across platforms. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (additional pay available). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
