Job Description: * The Employee Services Unit (ESU) is a global inbound contact center that handles general HR questions for the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland. * Associates will receive training on HR policies and practices so these can be effectively applied during customer interactions. * A new associate typically spends 85% of their day taking inbound calls and 15% handling emails and other tasks. These percentages change with tenure. Main Position Details: Start: 11/17 Pay: $19.75/Hr - $20.50/Hr Schedule: Monday - Friday Standard Hours Location: St. Paul, MN. Potential to move to a hybrid work arrangement after the first 90 days. Duration: 6 Month Contract. There is also the potential for this position to be extended beyond the initial six-month contract or converted to a full-time Travelers associate, dependent on performance and current business needs. Qualifications: * 6+ months of office/processing experience (need to be comfortable working on computers) * 1 year of customer service experience preferred * Proficient using Microsoft Excel & word * High School Diploma #priorityeast25 Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
