The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across Epiroc's Attachments Division in North and South America. As part of the Customer Solution Center (CSC), this role serves as the first point of contact for customers and distributors, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service across all product lines. This position will help shape the division's evolving customer experience model-one designed to create consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect care, efficiency, and a genuine focus on customer success. Representatives ensure each interaction supports our commitment to reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Work Type (Remote): This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States, with a preference for those residing in the Eastern Time Zone. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.This position may be performed remotely or in an office setting, depending on business needs and employee location. The Customer Care team supports customers throughout North and South America. Occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings. Responsibilities: Customer Support & Order Management

 Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards. Knowledge/Education:
