About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Warehouse to join our team. In this leadership role, you will oversee the strategic and operational performance of warehouse activities-driving safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery while developing a high-performing team. Your work directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and the strength of our overall Supply Chain operations.
This position requires you to be onsite four days per week.

Compensation

Salary Range: $135,000-$160,000

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)




  • Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of warehouse activities to support growth, service, and safety objectives.



  • Develop, coach, and mentor warehouse leaders to build a high-performing, accountable team.



  • Drive accurate inventory management, reconciliation processes, and warehouse workflow optimization.



  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).



  • Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, IT, and Operations to ensure service quality and cost control.



  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to accuracy, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery; provide analysis and root-cause insights.



  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, and internal safety standards.



  • Lead budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and support P&L decisions.




Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)




  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).



  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management.



  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.



  • Proven ability to manage multiple facilities and diverse warehouse teams.



  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance standards.



  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management, and strategic planning.



  • Strong analytical skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.




Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)




  • Experience in food manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume distribution.



  • Background in both corporate and plant environments.



  • Advanced proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, or logistics platforms.



  • Strong understanding of supply chain cost drivers and production/demand dynamics.



  • Experience driving major operational or warehouse transformation initiatives.
