As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations to help create a secure environment for all occupants and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while assisting clients, visitors, and/or tenants as needed.
• Carry out regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or activities during each shift.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Allied Universal management, site representatives, and first responders in the event of an emergency or unusual occurrence.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, in accordance with site and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Remain observant and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols, contributing to a secure atmosphere within the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
