As a Unarmed Security Officer - Manufacturing Site in Beaverton, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to promote a secure environment, and delivering outstanding customer service while engaging with individuals on site. This position requires a valid driver's license, as driving is an essential function of your responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter, adjusting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the site.
• Observe for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security-related concerns or risks during patrols.
• Report and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address potential security-related issues.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and adherence to site policies for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Support emergency response efforts and follow site-specific procedures during incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
