As a Security Guard - Financial Site Patrol Driver in South Richmond Hill, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. In this driving-required role, you will engage with clients and visitors, help to maintain a secure environment, and represent our core values of agility, reliability, and innovation. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.
• Observe entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain an orderly environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal standards and client site requirements.
• Follow all site-specific protocols and procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and the location's requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A current Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Applicants who are comfortable using a computer or tablet are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
