EXCITING SENIOR BRAND MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Aquent is partnering with a global consumer healthcare company known for its innovative contributions to consumer health and wellness. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and make an impact, driving the growth and strategic direction of a key brand portfolio. The ideal candidate is a visionary and results-driven individual who will step into a pivotal role, taking full ownership of strategic brand initiatives. In this role, you will be the driving force behind a significant brand within their consumer health portfolio, transforming consumer insights and performance data into compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Role: As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have primary responsibility for defining strategy and bringing that to life in engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels for one of the largest brands in the company's healthcare portfolio, analyzing performance data and consumer insights to drive strong business results. You will also work closely with the NPD team to drive base business innovation to help grow our brands.

You will have the opportunity to:



  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans including sales budgets, advertising/media and promotions that align with the company's overall objectives and effectively reach target audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business results with Sales, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Technical Development, eCommerce, Marketing Operations, Finance
  • Partner with external agencies to set up, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insight to optimize spend and drive growth.
  • Analyze key business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities; Present business updates to management and agency partners.
  • Undertake research to generate necessary consumer insights relating to category, competition, positioning and communication to optimize brand initiatives.


We need you to have:



  1. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing or closely related field and 7-8 years of related experience and/or training.
  2. Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
  3. Experience launching new products.
  4. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning ideas into actionable marketing plans.
  5. Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  6. Skilled at driving cross-functional alignment and collaboration to achieve goals.
  7. Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications.


It's a plus!



  • MBA in Marketing, or related field
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in CPG brand marketing
  • OTC and/or consumer healthcare marketing experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of how Generative AI can be applied to optimize brand strategy, consumer insights and optimize day-to-day tasks
  • Proven experience in the development and/or execution of social-first media campaigns and strategies
