As an Allied Universal Security Professional assigned to an access control post in a retail distribution environment, you will monitor entry points and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control duties.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of individuals at access points to help to deter unauthorized entry within the retail distribution center location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any irregularities.
• Document incidents and observations in daily activity reports as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist in emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
