As a Security Officer - Auto Patrol in West Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in the auto industry, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you engage with people and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious or unusual activities that may impact the operations of the automotive location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while on patrol.
• Assist in controlling access to designated areas within the automotive facility.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal supervisors and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
