Overview

Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Rehab Without Walls team in Dallas, TX!

    Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Type: Full Time; Monday - Friday
  • Location: 8222 Belt Line Rd. Suite 150 Irving, Texas 75063
  • Need Administrative/Excel/Payroll/Billing Experience
  • Medical Office - Administration Experience is welcome

Who are we looking for:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to maintain files and reports related to payroll, billing, record keeping, and data entry
  • Proficient in technology with experience using EMR systems, Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook), and other digital tools to manage data, create reports, and support efficient operations
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information

Responsibilities

* May assist with payroll and billing, accounts payable, record keeping, data entry, report preparation. and copying and filing
* Adheres to facilities established standards of practice, policies, and procedures.
* Ensures integrity and confidentiality of all financial data.
* Maintains the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature.
* Adheres to and participates in Company's mandatory HIPAA privacy program / practices and Business Ethics and Compliance programs / practices.
* Coordinate and attends in-services, training, and meetings as required.
* Administration of organizational requests and queries from Director, Executive Director or Designee in tasks and clerical support in a variety of areas
* Intervene and problem solve issues effectively and efficiently
* Maintain all reports and files in compliance with regulations and gather electronic records requests received from clients
* Maintain the highest standard of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature.
* Prepare internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
* Order and maintain supplies
* Completes other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

* A minimum of High School diploma or equivalent or an Associate of Arts Degree in Business or related degree. Significant direct work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
* A minimum of two years administrative office experience

Additional Job Information

* Advanced computer software (Microsoft office) and data entry skills
