We're hiring a Store Clerk to join a well-known, family-owned snack manufacturer with a local bakery store that keeps the community stocked with everyone's favorite treats. As a Store Clerk, you'll be the friendly face that helps customers find their favorite products while keeping shelves organized, prices updated, and displays looking their best. This is your chance to step into a fun, fast-paced retail environment where customer service meets the smell of fresh-baked goods!

Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM and Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM

(One day each week may be at the Tontitown Store; all other days at the Gentry Store)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Employment Type: Temporary - 6-month assignment

What You'll Do:

• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, rotate products, and maintain appealing displays
• Assist with inventory counts and product ordering
• Unload shipments, unpack merchandise, and update price tags as needed
• Keep the store clean and welcoming, including display areas and restrooms
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers carry or locate items
• Transport products between storage and sales areas as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for most of the shift
• A friendly, reliable attitude and a love for helping people
