Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.
  • Load raw materials and parts into machines, and unload finished products with attention to quality.
  • Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Inspect parts and products during production for accuracy, consistency, and defects.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
  • Follow production schedules and work orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Report mechanical issues or production delays to supervisors right away.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving materials as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and wear appropriate PPE on every shift.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1+ years of previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.
  • Ability to read basic work instructions, labels, and safety signs.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
  • Reliable, on time, and ready to work every day.
  • Willingness to learn new machines or processes.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and respect for safety and coworkers
