  • Workday or other Enterprise Payroll Systems experience.
  • Immediate availability and ability to work U.S. business hours


Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor to provide immediate support to our U.S. payroll operations following disruption to offshore resources. This role will focus on accurate, timely payroll processing for a large employee population using ADP EV5.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees.
  • Validate employee data: new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation updates.
  • Review and reconcile payroll inputs from HR, Timekeeping, and Benefits systems.
  • Process off-cycle payments, adjustments, and retroactive corrections.
  • Audit pre- and post-payroll reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state, federal, and local tax regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee data.


Skills & Experience:

  • Payroll processing experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
  • Experience supporting payrolls for 5,000+ employees.
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Enterprise V5 (EV5), Workday or other Enterprise Payroll systems.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliation formulas).
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure to ADP Smart Compliance or tax reconciliation tools.
  • FPC or CPP certification a plus.
