Summary of Position

This is an opportunity to drive meaningful growth with a company on the fast track to billion-dollar success. As Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities with enterprise organizations of 10,000+ employees. In this high-impact growth role, you'll serve as a strategic liaison between Teladoc Health and enterprise clients, helping them reduce costs and improve health outcomes for members managing chronic and behavioral health conditions through the Teladoc Health platform.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, consultative sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, innovate, and lead initiatives that expand Teladoc Health's reach and influence across the enterprise market.

Essential Duties

  • Grow Teladoc Health's relationship with enterprise clients
  • Build strategic relationships within your territory, across a matrix of roles and areas of expertise, including executive-level personnel
  • Expand Teladoc Health's reach, driving revenue growth, product expansion and market development
  • Increase Teladoc Health market share by prospecting and identifying new opportunities
  • Develop quarterly reports that enable you to use data to construct a powerful story that defines Teladoc Health's value proposition, for presentation to executive-level clients
  • Develop an operating calendar, detailed account plan/forecast and account planning/mapping process
  • Work closely with internal partners - including product, clinical, data science, implementation, reporting, legal and finance personnel - to deliver on Teladoc Health's side of the strategic roadmap
  • Maximize, drive and achieve revenue and margin goals while staying within the allocated budget
  • Manage and deliver on issue resolution and customer satisfaction within your account base
  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer's needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players, relevant products and technologies
  • Results oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful team player at ease in a dynamic collaborative environment
  • Able to interact well with internal associates at all levels and across multiple lines of business

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience in a business-to-business selling environment with Employee Benefits, regulated medical products, technology or healthcare
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline
  • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota
  • Deep understanding of behavioral health and how it works with employer groups and the healthcare system
  • Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales and product presentations, in small and large group settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse in communicating with senior leadership teams

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 - $160,000.00. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for commission, RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
