Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid with our client in Livonia, MI. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Completes assigned day-to-day tasks of different kinds.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
  • Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements and reconciles travel and expense reports.
  • Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
  • Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts, and briefings.
  • Supports purchasing activities (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing

    (SAP)).
  • Assist in the integration of new office technologies and systems (Microsoft Office) as appropriate.
  • And other administrative duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $26/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week - 1st shift.

Length: Temp (7 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Extremely Organized.
  • Enjoys emerging technology.
