What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient professional to serve as a Global SharePoint Administrator & Automation Specialist. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing our SharePoint environments across multiple regions, while designing and implementing scalable automation solutions that support global business operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role can be located anywhere in the US.

How you will do it

  • Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and on-premises environments across multiple geographic regions.

  • Manage global site collections, libraries, lists, permissions, and workflows.

  • Ensure SharePoint security, compliance, and governance policies are enforced consistently across all regions.

  • Provide support and training to international teams on SharePoint features and best practices.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with a focus on global impact and scalability.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

  • Collaborate with global business units to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain and enhance existing automation workflows and integrations across regions.

  • Document automation processes and provide training to global stakeholders.

  • Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise IT standards.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint administration and automation development, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of global data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based automation.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.

  • Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies.

  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or SharePoint Administrator Associate.

  • Multilingual communication skills or experience working with international teams.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 to $107,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and
abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This position includes a
