Annual Salary: $100,000 - $125,000


Position

The Recruiter III will develop and carry out effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.


Recruiter III will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, proactively sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage offers, including salary recommendations and onboarding details.
  • Manage relationships with staffing firms, implement effective recruitment strategies, and enhance employer branding through marketing, social media, and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations while continuously improving recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the recruiting and hiring process
  • Ability to follow sourcing strategies for recruitment for a wide range of roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce
  • Capable of working and interacting with internal and external business partners at all levels
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and uphold the ethical standards of the company
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Customer-centric focus and advanced customer service skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and present data
  • Intermediate user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Preferred Experience:

At least four years of experience performing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Prior work experience in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:

PHR or SHRM certification preferred.

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.

Please note that the base salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Base salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
