Our HealthTech client is seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to craft compelling creative that drives people to enroll. Your visual storytelling will help people dealing with pain find the care they need to heal. You will concept and develop engaging creative across a growing list of B2C growth channels, including product marketing campaigns, lifecycle initiatives, landing pages, direct mail, OOH, and emerging platforms. You are passionate about both data and design, eager to optimize for higher performance. You easily switch between the roles of designer, creative problem solver, out-of-the-box thinker, and user advocate.

The Team

You will join the growth creative team, collaborating closely with content strategists, growth and product marketers, and creative operations. The team operates in a pod structure, so you'll work most directly with a content strategist and select marketers, focusing on specific objectives.

What You'll Accomplish



  • Support and advance the growth team's objectives, such as improving and optimizing onboarding and retention, while contributing to key marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content strategists and creative leads to develop, iterate, refine, and present design work to stakeholders.
  • Apply a learn-it-all mentality to master conversion tactics, accessibility, digital best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Actively participate in creative kick-off meetings and reviews, offering ideas and insights.
  • Implement thoughtful feedback to elevate creative work while recommending strong visual design directions and decisions.


What We're Looking For



  • 7+ years of design experience, preferably in a startup, in-house, or agency B2C environment supporting a growth marketing team.
  • A portfolio showcasing strategic, data-driven design work with clear business impact.
  • Ability to clearly and passionately present creative solutions, tailoring content to the target audience and demonstrating alignment with creative briefs.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Docs/Slides.
  • Strong understanding of email, web, and digital channels-including their capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a disciplined, self-driven creative process that delivers high-quality results.
  • Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships within creative and marketing teams.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.


Bonus Qualifications



  • Experience working in an agile sprint format.
  • Brand design background.
  • Experience in healthcare or tech.
