What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Utilize advanced statistical analysis, algorithms, predictive modeling, experimentation and pattern recognition to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance.
- Analyze information using data platforms and tools but may also use object-oriented programming to develop own scripts and visualizations.
- Develop departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities.
- Control resources and policy formation in area of responsibility.
- Develop plans and deliver results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory environments.
- Provide input to functional or departmental strategy.
- Provide leadership and direction to direct reports.
- Contribute directly to business priorities and planning.
- Identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems.
- Design, build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate capital projects, M&A, business line initiatives, and strategic plans.
- Provide strategic insight for executive action.
- Convert complex data into compelling financial narratives and visualizations for leadership and executive level discussions.
What You'll Bring
- Completion of a bachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or comparable experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Advanced understanding of business operations, KPIs and strategic goals. Ability to design data-drive solutions.
- Ability to design data-drive solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.
You may have also acquired the following skills:
- Building and Maintaining Financial Models
- Quantify key financial metrics (ROI, NPV, payback, etc.)
- Convert complex data into compelling financial narratives
- Prepare visualizations and presentations
- Highly skilled in Excel, Power BI, AFO, Financial Models
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $130,000 - $176,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
