From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Responsible for all inventory activities including, but not limited to inventory cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and isolation/disposition of all hold products. Monitor inventory control triggers

* Conduct and participate in mock product recall exercises

* Maintains quality and traceability practices/tasks related to finished product and/or materials and ingredients, including issuing of ticketing and adjusting inventory.

* Manage claim activities for shipment damages, discrepancies, and customer refusals, and adjusting inventory systems for resulting changes.

* Print and process daily, weekly and monthly department reports, work orders and other required documentation. Assist in generating and tracking warehouse KPIs, including but not limited to Conformance To Plan, Delivery, and Inventory

* Responsible for investigating and determining payment of charges related to driver detention fees, processing and tracking driver detention reports and trends.

* Inbound load scheduling and PECO pallet inventory receivals and scheduling

* Safety stock inventory review and resolution

* Provide system training to warehouse office team

* Provide coverage for essential tasks of other office employees including Materials Facilitator for ordering and receiving functions, and Warehouse Supervisor for training, oversight, and production schedule development and adjustments.

* Work safely and reinforce the safety of other employees by identifying safety issues and problems, planning and taking corrective actions and monitoring results of those actions.

* Ability to proficiently maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment, adjusting effectively to work within new structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.

* Perform all other duties as assigned.

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

* 3years minimum experience in warehousing, distribution functions, including forecasting and planning

* Demonstrated inventory control skills using electronic reporting systems, like SAP (preferred).

* Forklift driving experience, and ability to become and maintain a forklift license.

* Effective verbal and written communication, including presentation and instructional skills, with all levels of employees, including corporate partners and external parties.

* Provide coverage for essential tasks of other office employees including Materials Facilitator and Warehouse Supervisor.

* Proficiency in personal computer systems skills (ie- MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point), competence with a calculator.

* Demonstrated ability to: lead employees, direct assignments, and use critical thinking to problem solve.
