Responsibilities

Hybrid, must be on-site three days per week in our Center City, MN facility. Healthcare experience is highly preferred.

The Lead of Talent and Organizational Performance is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. This role leads programs and initiatives focused on leadership development, talent management, performance enablement, and organizational culture. The position ensures alignment between workforce capability and strategic business goals across the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation (HBFF) and the Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six years of Human Resources experience or related.
    • Prefer 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with experience in recruiting, training and development, change Leadership and performance management.
  • Advanced skill with MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SPHR/PHR
  • Change Leadership/ Organizational Development experience.
  • Talent Leadership/ Leadership Development experience.
