Marketing Technology Program Manager

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.


Summary
In this role, you will support the development of marketing technology solutions that power global campaigns and digital service promotions. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver tools that enhance partner programs, streamline workflows, and strengthen the organization's services ecosystem.

Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in program or project management, product marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong passion for marketing technology and a solid foundation in digital and social channel strategy. This person is proficient in organic marketing channels, social platforms, CMS systems, and web technologies. They are skilled at translating between business and technical teams and excel at cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should be familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies, risk management practices, and emerging engineering systems. They should also be knowledgeable about digital image and video formats and comfortable using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, and Adobe CC. Experience managing product roadmaps and partnering with engineering agencies is highly valuable. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to manage multiple priorities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential attributes.


Job Description
In this role, you will help shape the future of marketing tools and technologies by gathering requirements, translating ideas into product roadmaps, and driving adoption of new solutions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to support subscription growth, enable creative marketing programs, and streamline processes through innovative tools.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, design, engineering, and external partners to deliver creative assets, landing pages, integrations, tracking solutions, and ongoing tool enhancements. Your responsibilities include overseeing tool development, testing, documentation, performance monitoring, and executive reporting. You will also support global team members by troubleshooting issues, providing education and training, and ensuring smooth execution across channels.


Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also welcomed. The ideal background includes experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, product marketing, or program management, along with familiarity working with CMS systems, engineering partners, and marketing technology platforms.

Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid on-site work.
  • The pay for this W-2 position is $89.55 per hour.


This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
