Account Manager - AccuWeather for Business

As an Account Manager at AccuWeather for the Business division, you will be responsible for driving customer renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, conducting business reviews, and fostering long-term relationships with our partners. You'll work as part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, helping clients maximize the value they receive from AccuWeather's products and services while contributing to business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Customer Renewals: Regularly engage with customers to ensure the successful renewal of contracts. Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction while ensuring strong profitability for AccuWeather.
  • Upsell & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within your book of business. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and drive growth by upselling relevant products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, strategic touchpoints, and business reviews. Ensure customers are maximizing the value of AccuWeather's offerings and are up to date on new features or solutions.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities through outreach to prospective customers.
  • Other duties as assigned as necessary



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in education and experience
  • Previous experience with Enterprise, large corporate sales environments is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage both external and internal customer relationships.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to interpret customer needs and collaborate with other teams to provide world-class service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, but also comfortable working as part of a team to drive customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts, renewals, and growing client relationships.
  • Meteorological experience is a plus for this role
