Sr. Solutions Consultant- Facilities Management

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant - Building Owners leads efforts to expand IMAGINiT's footprint into the Building Owner and Facilities Management (FM) market by validating opportunities, defining scopes of services, and driving data consulting engagements. The Sr. Consultant - Building Owners is heavily engaged with our sales teams to lead customer conversations, provide software presentations, and help shape the strategic direction of our FM practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult customers to help define their needs and qualify solutions to address them.
  • Work closely with sales staff and customers to document business goals and related processes.
  • Help define customer-specific data standards and frameworks for tailored solutions.
  • Provide strategic input on the evolution of our FM practice, including identifying new product/service offerings or partnerships for IMAGINiT.
  • Write deliverable documents as applicable such as scopes of work and recommendations.
  • Map existing workflows and recommend technological solutions to support or improve these workflows
  • Create intellectual property to support sales and implementation efforts.
  • Deliver software and industry-related technical presentations at seminars, workshops, conferences, user groups and client sites.
  • Act as a brand ambassador always seizing opportunities to increase IMAGINiT's visibility in the marketplace.
  • Lead multifaceted technology implementations to successful adoption
  • Participate in enterprise-wide digital twin and digital transformation engagements, defining and executing client project deliverables
  • Interface with various levels of project executives up to and including C-Level leaders
  • Drive problem formulation, comprehensive analysis, and problem resolution
  • Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near-and long-term business improvement
  • Contribute to the engagement process from start to finish, including setting scopes, budgets, staffing resources, creation and coordination of client-ready deliverables and aid with communication of results with clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum BS in Information Technology, Architecture/Design Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 7-8 years of industry experience in facilities management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of FM software and processes on an enterprise level
  • 5+ years of experience with one or more FM technologies (SAP, Oracle, Eptura, etc)
  • Experience with business workflow mapping.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to translate technical FM concepts into business value.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time and project management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, high energy, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to be engaged in multiple projects at one time is essential.
  • Experience in data consulting or digital twin technologies is preferred
  • Experience working within or advising large organizations on data standards and tailored digital solutions is preferred.
  • Experience working in a consulting environment providing clients with implementation services is preferred.
  • Background with applications related to building operations, including AI, is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to define service scopes and deliver value through presales activities and customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk software would be beneficial

Additional Information:

Compensation

  • Total Compensation (base salary + bonuses) Range: $110,000- $125,000

Travel

  • Up to 30%
