Job Scope

TheVice President, NESwill leadDiasorin'smarket growth strategy and channel developmentfor CLIA-waived Point-of-Care solutions outside of acute care. This role is accountable fordefining strategy, building distribution partnerships, leading a dedicated team, and driving revenue growthacross physician office labs (POLs), urgent care, retail health, and pharmacy channels.

As a senior commercial leader, this rolerequiresenterprise-level vision, team leadership, and cross-functional influenceto translate market opportunities intoscalable, profitable growthfor Diasorin.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership



  • Define and lead thego-to-market strategyforDiasorin'sCLIA-waived, non-acute POC portfolio.


  • Ownchannel development strategy, including distribution, buying groups, and alternate care partnerships.


  • Build and executelong-range growth plansaligned withDiasorin'sglobal commercial prioritiesand revenue targets.


Team Leadership



  • Build, lead, and develop adedicated POC channel development team, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and career development opportunities.


  • Foster a culture ofhigh performance, innovation, and collaborationaligned withDiasorin'svalues.


  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership to develop future commercial leaders.


  • Provide strategic leadership by staying informed on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities, using this intelligence to refine business plans.


Commercial Growth & Execution



  • Develop and managestrategic channel partnerships, ensuring optimized market access and revenue growth.


  • Drivecontracting, pricing, and channel negotiationswith distributors and non-acute customers.


  • Manage the global sales budget,allocateresources effectively, and oversee operational rigor to maximize return on investment.


  • Drive standardization and excellence in sales processes across all regions, including lead generation, deal management, and account retention.


  • Establishand trackcommercial KPIs and revenue targetstomonitorsales performance, forecastrevenue accurately, andoptimizesalespipelinefor the non-acute POC business.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner withMarketingto position products effectively across non-acute segments.


  • Collaborate withR&D, Regulatory, and Market Accessto ensure CLIA-waived product compliance, reimbursement alignment, and payer engagement.


  • Work closely withSales leadershipto build and execute channel-specific field strategies.


External Leadership & Advocacy



  • Act asDiasorin'ssenior voice in the non-acute POC market,representingthe company at trade associations, key customer meetings, and industry events.


  • Build strong relationships withdistributors, retail health networks, urgent care groups, and payersto accelerate adoption.



Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fieldrequired; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


  • Experience:


  • 12+ years ofprogressivecommercial/market development experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare, with strong experience in non-acute settings.


  • Demonstrated success inPoint-of-Care or CLIA-waived diagnostics.


  • Proventrack recordinchannel development, distribution management, non-acute customer engagement, exceeding sales targets, building successful sales strategies, and growing revenue incomplex healthcare environments.


  • Experience building, leading, and scalingdedicated commercial teams.


  • PriorP&L or business unit ownershipstronglypreferred.


  • Skills:


  • Executive presence andexcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for interacting with internal executive team and C-suite level clients.


  • Exceptionalteam-building, leadership and people development skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales organization.


  • Strong business acumen, including financial and analytical skills, for effective budgeting, strategic planning, negotiation, contracting, and partner management.


  • Strategic and critical thinking to adapt strategies based on market trends and data-driven insights.


  • Ability to travelfrequently, both domestically and internationally.


  • Ability to thrive inglobal, matrixed organizations.

What we offer:

The hiring range for this position is $256,500-$313,500 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being. We are proud to offer a comprehensive plan of health benefits, retirement and financial wellbeing, time off programs, wellbeing support and perks. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
