Engineer, Salesforce

In this role, you will be a key member of the Customer Platform team, contributing to the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of Salesforce solutions. You'll focus on building scalable and reliable applications that align with Waters' architectural standards and Salesforce best practices, supporting global Sales, Marketing, and Service operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements; support solution definition under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of Salesforce features in alignment with business goals.
• Explore and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to support automation, predictive insights, and improved decision-making.
• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Provide regular updates on task progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Follow Salesforce best practices for configuration, automation, and solution quality.
• Adhere to architectural standards, development guidelines, and release management processes.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 3+ years of IT experience, preferably with exposure to AI/ML concepts, Salesforce development, or integrations.
• Exposure to Salesforce analytics, AI features, or Data Cloud preferred.
• Experience with Git, Copado, or other version control and continuous deployment tools.
• Understanding of sandbox management, DevOps practices, and release planning.
• Experience working in an agile development environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, or Platform App Builder preferred.
