Job Summary

The Sr. Contract & Performance Manager provides leadership and oversight for TDIndustries' contract administration and performance management functions. This role directs a team responsible for managing supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with TD standards, client requirements, and contractual obligations. The Sr. Manager drives operational excellence, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a high-performance, collaborative culture that aligns with TDIndustries' Core Values.


Essential Duties

Contract & Change Management

  • Lead end-to-end change control processes across projects and contracts.
  • Maintain a centralized log of contract changes, analyzing impacts on scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Monitor scope of work (SOW) changes and ensure alignment with operational execution and client expectations.
  • Review, interpret, and evaluate contract terms, amendments, and service agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding contract modifications and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Support negotiation and monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations with vendors, partners, and clients.
  • Drive performance alignment between contract execution and operational, financial, and service expectations.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide senior-level supervision and guidance to the contract administration and performance team.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to develop team capabilities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans to ensure accountability and high performance.
  • Establish daily workflows, assign responsibilities, and ensure cross-training to optimize team efficiency.
  • Set, track, and ensure achievement of departmental objectives and deadlines.
  • Model TDIndustries' Core Values and foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex contract and operational issues.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve process gaps or documentation challenges.
  • Partner with internal teams-including Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations-to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Influence stakeholders to achieve alignment and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Use data and KPIs to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; 3-5 years of contract or performance management experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including coaching, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to manage sensitive, complex, or challenging conversations.
  • Leadership abilities to influence team performance, efficiency, and operational success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving ability.
