The Opportunity

We are shaping the next era of creativity and productivity. As Director of Product Management, you will define and lead the vision for intelligent, connected Adobe experiences that empower users to create in this new Agentic era. This role is at the forefront of Adobe's transformation-building orchestration layers, AI-driven agents, and cross-app workflows that redefine how creative professionals and enterprises work.

What you'll do

  • Craft and evangelize a product strategy that anticipates the future of creative work-where Agentic AI, Generative AI, automation, and interoperability converge to eliminate friction and unlock new possibilities.

  • Drive innovation at scale by delivering seamless Agentic workflows that unify Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and beyond-creating a single, intelligent layer that connects tools, services, and user context.

  • Lead Cross-App and Cross-Functional Teams with a strong ability to work efficiently across highly matrixed company producing quality outcomes that drive the top-level business metrics and OKRs

  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to find opportunities and define product requirements.

  • Define and supervise key performance metrics to evaluate success and identify new avenues to pursue.

  • Build and maintain the product roadmap across any of Adobe's tools and services, identifying new product opportunities and prioritizing them based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

What's needed to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. MBA, preferred.

  • Confirmed experience (15+ years) as a Product Owner or Designer, preferably with a focus on building applications in the Analytics or Visualization space.

  • Proven ability to influence and rally a variety of stakeholders (from senior executives to team members) around your vision and gain alignment to execute

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence at all levels

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing day-to-day blocking and tackling while seeing the forest from the trees

  • Proven ability to define and execute visionary strategies in complex, multi-product environments.

  • The role requires a mix of technical understanding, strategy and people management. You are able to fluently converse with Engineers / Developers on technical concepts related to AI/ML, lead a cross-functional team and collaborate effectively with business partners.

  • Consistent record of delivering successful products ahead of schedule

  • Confirmed organizational skills, with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously and prioritize effectively

  • Passion for shaping the future of creativity and productivity

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $176,900 -- $321,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
