Position Description

POSITION TITLE: DATA ASSOCIATE

DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION SYSTEMS

LEVEL: 107

FLEXIBLE WORK PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CODE: Remote Work (RW) & Hybrid Work (HW)

FUNCTION:

This position serves as an administrator for numerous CORE Systems Enterprise-wide and is responsible for assisting in the support and development of data solutions. This position will work with other members of the Information Systems department to build technology driven business processes and provide technical knowledge and assistance to users. Additionally, this position will act as a backup for certain daily tasks and responsibilities as directed by the VP Information Systems Director and Senior Information Systems Administrator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Administrator of the Bank's Core systems- COCC Insight and Integra.
  2. Assists with Salesforce administration along with other systems as designated.
  3. Works with other members of the Information Systems department to ensure daily data tasks complete successfully and errors are addressed.
  4. Assists with building new workflows and processes for business units.
  5. Assists with the development of data integration and automation routines.
  6. Provides technical assistance to users to support businesses processes developed by Information Systems
  7. Works with IT staff, when necessary, in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  8. Builds reports, dashboards, and datasets.
  9. Follows the standards set forth in the bank's Information Security & Technology Policy.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Must maintain the ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be well organized and be a good communicator.
  • Understanding of the bank's network and system applications.
  • Must be able to review, interpret and understand system needs and identify and suggest solutions.
  • Understanding of system data and database structure.
  • Possess a proven track record in working well with others in a team atmosphere.

In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Equipment Used:
