Closing Date: 12/8/2025, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions Administrative Assistant DAS Facilities Management, Full-Time Pay Range: $19.88 - $29.83 This position requires on-site presence and a standard 40hour work week Job Summary: The objective of this position is to provide overall management of administrative duties for the Department of Administrative Services' Plankinton office. Although the position is primarily focused on the needs of the Architecture, Engineering and Environmental Services (AE&ES) division, the position also serves to manage front office duties for the other divisions located in the office. Responsibilities include development, maintenance, and tracking of overall departmental data including, but not limited to, contacts, org charts, office supplies, etc. This role will be responsible for the support of AE&ES project tasks such as overall project status, contract compliance, reporting, processing of project documents, and record management. This role will also be responsible for monitoring the front door, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and assisting visitors who come to the office. Ideal candidates would approach work in a friendly, welcoming, and collaberative manner and have a high level of organizational skill with the ability to work independently, and prioritize/multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
