WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
What's the job? The Sr. Director, Major Capital Project role is a leadership position within the TIP NA organization that will direct a portfolio of Saint-Gobain major Capex projects (12 BUs, over 100 existing sites) in North America. This position will have oversight over budgets held by the project managers with a combined typical annual spend of $200M - $300M, with individual projects of $150-300M value, ensuring compliance with prescribed SG procedures managing team resources to ensure projects are within time and budget. The Sr. Director, Major Capital Projects will execute this through effective leadership of a cross-cultural and functional team of skilled Technical and Managerial experts and will set training plans for project managers inside TIP NA and the TIP NA commissioning team. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $195,500.00 to $312,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 36% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $265,880.00 to $425,000.00.
