Continuous improvement is expected and encouraged. This is a strategic Senior HR Generalist role, responsible for implementing and executing HR strategies and processes. Exceptional relationship management, influencing leadership, problem solving, talent development and a continuous improvement mindset are key. This role drives excellence for HR processes and provides feedback to Center of Excellence (CoE) departments to identify and improve HR programs. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources, employee relations, and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities The Senior HR Generalist will consult with employees and managers to address root causes of constraints and colloborate on a solution using a systematic approach, , thereby mitigating risk and supporting organization goals. Responsiveness, follow-through, and finishing are key. We are part of a larger organization with company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation & salary analysis, benefits - health & wellness, workforce planning, and talent initiatives) which the Senior HR Generalist will actively participate in and help drive actions to closure. Salary Range: $94,000.00 - $141,000.00 annually (San Diego, CA). Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
