We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Facilities to lead and manage our global facilities operations. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple U.S. and international sites, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and cost efficiency across all locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiencies, implementing scalable processes, and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of facilities operations across domestic and international locations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Oversee maintenance, space planning, security, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other departments to align facilities strategies with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of facilities professionals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facilities operations and cost management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
  • Experience managing international facilities and navigating cross-cultural operational challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability and energy efficiency programs.
  • Experience with facilities management software and systems.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
