Your responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, independent, highly motivated and detailed-oriented candidate for a continuous improvement position (xLoop) responsible for capturing and promoting best practices to drive unity and continuous growth across the organization
globally. This role requires a strong background in the industry sectors, most notably
cement and mining, with an understanding of the many roles and perspectives of key
players within.

The Global XLoop Coordinator shall be responsible for documenting and maintaining the Global Grey Build playbooks and onboarding systems. This role will be responsible for capturing, analyzing and sharing best practices across projects and/or organization
initiatives to drive continuous improvement. This role further ensures that key insights
are documented, disseminated and integrated into future planning and execution,
fostering a culture of learning and operational excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Maintain Grey Build playbook
  • Direct affiliates in preparation of commercial offerings to ensure best practices are used during proposal and project stages
  • Assist and advise Grey Build HQ and affiliates on claim strategies during project execution for both incoming and outgoing claims
  • Organize meetings with Global Engineering and Commercial Strategy to revise and update best practices during project execution
  • Assist Contract Strategist in commercial, contract reviews
  • Understand tk binding regulation requirements and provide guidance, education to project execution teams to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Work with the xLoop Improvement Coordinator to identify and implement and/or revise best practices
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety.

This position may have direct supervisory responsibilities.


Your profile

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial contract management and/or claims management.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience in working with geographically distributed project teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Able to show initiative and decisiveness, work well with in a team environment and possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and priority setting skills.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience

Travel Demands:

Domestic and international travel to affiliates and project sites is an inherent part of this position.
