Job Description

HSCP Program Support

  • Coordinate with high school teachers and administrators to determine course offerings each semester, ensuring alignment with academic standards, student needs, and program goals. Facilitate clear communication and collaborative planning efforts.
  • Provide direct support to students and instructors by clarifying academic expectations, addressing student inquiries regarding academic pathways, and assisting HSCP instructors throughout the academic year to promote student success and program satisfaction.
  • Create and present comprehensive guides, instructional videos, and other resources to support the implementation and continuation of program processes. Facilitate information sessions aimed at increasing program visibility, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Data Support

  • Analyze and prepare detailed data reports for both internal and external stakeholders across the UMKC campus. Collaborate regularly with academic departments to identify, communicate, and interpret data trends that inform program decisions and improvements. Share data with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, track, verify, and report on comprehensive student data to support both enrollment management and strategic planning initiatives for the High School College Partnerships (HSCP) program. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records while maintaining compliance with institutional data standards and privacy regulations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for technical development, communications, and software application support related to the HSCP program with both internal and external partners. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of systems and applications housing confidential student information, ensuring security protocols and data confidentiality are strictly upheld.
  • Update with accessibility compliance and manage content on HSCP program website.
Shift

M-F, 8 am to 5 pm with occasional night events

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in education or related field, Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., power BI, Excel, FilemakerPro). Basic programming skills. Prior experience working in a high school environment.

Anticipated Hiring Range

$18.87 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
