Director, Learner Experience DO Admin Operations Full Time 86957BR Job Summary The Director, Learner Experience in the UCSF School of Nursing (SON) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of student services. Supervises a team of professional staff, including an Academic Achievement Counselor, Office of Clinical Placements Manager, Recruitment and Outreach Manager, and administrative personnel, to ensure effective and timely delivery of student services and ensure effective delivery of core functional areas including recruitment, admissions, student advising, academic progression, financial aid coordination, clinical placements, graduation processing, and records management. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $87,900 - $187,700 (Annual Rate).
