THE ROLE: AMD's Partner Support Field Applications Engineering Organization is responsible for supporting our OEM and ODM partners as they define and develop new platforms based on AMD technology. We are looking for our next team member to support our new product introduction & debug efforts with our global datacenter customers, focused on AMD Instinct GPU products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Main focus: At scale GPU debug activity with customers is the primary focus for this role. The scope of the debug activity will span the entire hardware | software stack including Instinct GPU deployments at Data Centers. Responsibilities will include:
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proven experience with Server and/or GPU architecture, either integrating, debugging, and/or validating various system components (HW, BIOS, OS, Drivers, etc.), developing and debugging low level server-based applications, or validating HW components - CPU, PCH, Boards, Storage, etc. Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with low level x86 Assembly | ARM Experience in communicating requests and capture information from customers validation, design, BIOS, Firmware, Chipset, processor, and third parties, as needed, to get to issue resolution.
