What you'll own as the Compliance Analyst II - Gaming and Gambling Licenses

Track, review and communicate pending and passed regulations, agency guidelines or directives to impacted lines of business and assist in setting priorities for regulatory issues that must be addressed by the business.

  • Maintains knowledge of applicable gaming/gambling laws and regulations.

  • Works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment.

  • Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity.

  • This level is expected to lead product compliance support activities and ensure the effectiveness of the Product Compliance Program for assigned products, services and business activities.

  • Provides regulatory compliance advice to line of business employees and Compliance Officers.

  • Is an active team member, contributes to complex projects to gain experience, shares ideas and suggests process improvements appropriate for level of experience.

  • Consults with senior peers on complex processes to learn through experience.

  • Completes all documentation for various regulatory submissions.

  • Interfaces with entity management, legal counsel and state and local agencies, as needed to address regulatory or compliance issues, concerns or questions.

  • Prepares internal communications covering compliance issues (reports, etc.)

  • Communicates detailed requirements to LOB, validate solution approach and monitor status.

  • Monitors and communicates regulatory changes that impact Worldpay products, services and business activities.

  • Provides compliance reviews for new and expanding products and services.

  • Responds to matters pertaining to regulatory compliance of Worldpay products, services and business activities.

  • Performs periodic reviews and evaluations of Worldpay products, services and business activities to validate compliance with applicable laws and regulations or detect regulatory violations, weak controls or other potential areas of exposure.

  • Participates in compliance assessments or internal audits and provides suggestions on any deficiencies detected by those assessments.

  • Monitors LOB compliance activities to verify that regulatory compliance deadlines and requirements are met.

  • Tracks and validates product compliance deficiencies to completion.

  • Participates in development of compliance sessions/presentations.

  • Participates in training promoting compliance awareness.

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years gaming/gambling licensing experience preferred

  • 3+ years' experience in the regulatory compliance field and must be knowledgeable in more than one area of regulatory compliance, such as banking regulations, consumer reporting, tax, anti-money laundering or anti-corruption.

The pay range for this full-time position is $75,400.00 - $123,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
