Administrative Specialist (Newborn Hearing Screening Program) Location: Redlands, CA The Administrative Specialist (Newborn Hearing Screening Program Tech) is a crucial team member, who provides extraordinary service to the families in the State of California ensuring each baby is connected to critical services in the community, while achieving goals and targets set forth by the management team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Notification of all Newborn Hearing stakeholders and providers; EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED Required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking preferred. Type of Work: Hybrid (In office 2 days per week required) Pay: Hourly position (range is between $25/hr.--$28/hr. based on qualifications) Pay Transparency Details: The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
