Your Contribution
  • Provide electrical support to Manufacturing or Engineering in improvement of existing products and development of new products.
  • Work with manufacturing, Engineering and Sales department to fulfill specific customer applications.
  • Working with external sources and vendors.
  • Build and experiment with prototypes.
  • Perform test measurements using various and complex test equipment.
  • Establish test procedures for new products based on industry standards.
  • Maintain and create operational procedures.
  • Provide support to Product design, determine costs and make other related improvements.
  • Maintain inventory systems and ordering materials for module.
  • Test products per customer's specifications.
  • Repair test equipment as required.
  • Work with components or existing products to improve, modify, and repair nonconforming product.
  • Monitor and examine returned materials.
  • Interface with Quality and Logistics regarding nonconforming parts.
  • Prepare and maintain engineering documentation to current revision.
  • Develop and document procedures for product assembly.
  • Maintain process descriptions for MRP module.
  • Train new hires and cross training of current associate.
  • Ensure that module runs consistently.
Your Profile
  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years' previous industrial experience required.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience in technical writing.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Experience with and interpreting Schematic and design drawings.
  • Experience in lean systems, and quality systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with training systems and TWI experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
  • Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
