Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator - Pastoral Care - Part Time - Hospice - Part-Time - 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM; Rotating Schedu.

In this role, the successful candidate The Hospice Spiritual Care Coordinator will provide support to the Director of Spiritual Care. Is responsible for providing spiritual support, counseling and guidance to patients, families and Hospice Team members in accordance with the philosophy and objectives of the program. Maintains contact with community clergy. Will assist in the provision of bereavement services when indicated and participate in the bi-annual Eve of Remembrance.

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university or one recognized by the New York State Education Department.
One year of training and experience in pastoral/spiritual counseling.
Ability to provide own transportation. Must have a NYS drivers license.
Ability to read, understand and interpret a map.
Basic computer skills

Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
