The Quality Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety. As a core member of the production team, this position serves as the on-the-ground problem solver-supporting the production floor, tackling process and supplier challenges, and driving rapid, effective solutions.In this role, you'll be a champion of defect prevention, using data analysis, root cause investigation, and disciplined corrective action to strengthen our processes end to end. You'll collaborate across functions-partnering with Contracts, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, DCMA, and commercial customers-to elevate product quality and eliminate barriers to execution. This is a hands-on, high-impact position aligned with our production rhythm. You'll work Monday-Thursday, 5:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m., supporting the team's mission on the floor and stepping in with overtime when needed to keep operations moving. Above all, you will help ensure we deliver exceptional products that meet customer expectations and advance our mission every single day.
