We're looking for a Business Operations Manager-someone who thrives on digging into data, possesses strong business acumen, and is driven by metrics. This role is responsible for driving branch performance to operational and financial goals through process innovation, efficiency, and strict adherence to RelaDyne processes and procedures. You'll identify opportunities for improvement, support and implement corporate and departmental initiatives, and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective daily operations. This position is ideal for an independent, process-oriented professional who excels at optimizing operations and championing continuous improvement.

Why RelaDyne?

  • Competitive pay & full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, HSA)
  • Generous PTO, holidays, and wellness incentives
  • Career growth opportunities with a company that invests in its people
  • Collaborative culture where your work has a direct impact

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to RelaWay SOPs and consistent execution of all daily, weekly, and monthly branch processes.
  • Monitor branch performance by reviewing KPIs, GP Batch Reports, and Branch Scorecard results; investigate exceptions, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate with branch and centralized departments as needed.
  • Analyze operational and financial trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including integrating and sustaining corporate programs and support center projects.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across branch teams, other branches, and centralized departments to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Support branch leadership with inventory management initiatives through analytical review, process oversight, and continuous improvement focused on profitability and excess inventory performance.
  • Provide analytical support for annual budgets and weekly forecasts and assist with CAPEX requests to evaluate risk mitigation and earnings opportunities.
  • Contribute to a productive, engaged team by supporting hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting, dispute resolution, audits, and other branch or customer support needs.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, champion problem-solving across people, processes, and systems, and support change management by understanding branch-specific needs.
  • Conduct regular warehouse visits to gather feedback, foster communication, and support operational alignment.
  • Represent the company professionally, follow all company and safety policies, support corporate goals and values, and work overtime as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Effective leadership, coaching, and critical listening abilities.
  • Creative, analytical problem solver with the ability to evaluate solutions and drive change.
  • Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and working under pressure.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (queries, pivot tables) and general computer systems, including Microsoft Office, ERP platforms, and related software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Operations Manager, Business Analyst, Business Systems Manager, or Continuous Improvement Manager), or internal employees with equivalent skills and proven knowledge of our business and processes.
  • Experience with analytical tools strongly preferred (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
