Summary:

The Manager, Research Operations is a Research Administration Office (RAO) team member responsible for direct and indirect support and oversight of clinical research within the organization by providing direct oversight of clinical research supervisors and team members. The manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and management of clinical trials and research projects within the organization. They play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining data integrity. This role involves both leadership and administrative responsibilities. The manager will provide support, direction, and education to the assigned staff, and strive towards research excellence through continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 1 Year of formal leadership experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in nursingpreferred (If Bachelor's degree is not in nursing, must have Master's degree in science)

  • MS with 2 years of research experience

  • BSN with 4 years of research experience

  • If qualifying with Bachelor's degree in nursing: Must have nursing license in the state of Texas

  • Must have CCRC, CCRP, or other pertinent industry certification

  • BLS certification required
