Overview
This is a hybrid role in Raleigh, NC with the expectation that work time will take place inside and outside of a company office. The Process Improvement Consultant position provides personal leadership and consultation towards process improvement efforts across the Bank. Drives cost reduction, cycle time reduction, improved client experience, and other process quality improvements. Leverages Lean Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate operational processes and data in collaboration with business teams. Develops strategies that drive continuous improvement based on the results of process analysis. Supports cross-functional project goals by applying value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies to business needs. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Process improvement, consulting or product development OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Process improvement, consulting or product development Preferred Skills:
