You're a Fit If You :

• 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent education/experience)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Salesforce & Epicor ERP experience = big plus!
• Ability to learn product details and support technical information
• Team-oriented with strong leadership abilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Enter and manage orders, service requests, and invoices using Salesforce.
• Prepare quotes and maintain accurate service order documentation.
• Support inside/outside service teams and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate schedules, projects, and logistics for service accounts.
• Resolve shipment and warranty issues, including supplier coordination.
• Provide post-service support, aftermarket sales, and parts research.
• Review contracts, shipping instructions, and account details for accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and efficiency.
