What to Expect We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Systems Manager to supportour Supply Chain Organization by leading the software development initiatives of key Tesla supply chain applications. You will be part of a team that is managing strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across all of Tesla's Supply Chain Management Team. The role requires the ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships with our technical engineers, supply chain, finance, internal audit, and vendor onboarding teams, as you lead respective software development lifecycle from requirements articulation through feature deployment. You will interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including our buyers as well as executives on a regular basis and hence require the ability to perform hands on operational tasks as well as strategize and communicate on longer term complex solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing as well as presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to synthesize complex issues, drive desired outcomes, and influence stakeholders across functions inside and outside Tesla. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
