Facilities and Field Services is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join its Facilities support team. The selected candidate must excellent clerical, organizational, and communication skills including computer-based keyboarding skills and proficiency if MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle and Outlook. This individual must have a high energy level, positive attitude and be solution-focused. Familiarity with Maximo a plus.
Core Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring, tracking and organizing various facilities operations data. Scanning and compiling of reports and inspections and maintaining all logbooks.
- Candidate will have frequent interaction with internal and external customers and outside agencies.
- Candidate is also responsible for compliance with all applicable corporate policies and for meeting timeframes and deadlines.
- Major duties will include but are not limited to the timely payment and tracking of invoices and preparation of accruals.
- The candidate will be responsible for verifying line item accuracy and ensuring documents are verified against purchase orders, vendor releases, invoices, etc.
- The candidates responsibilities will also include work order system, organizing and maintaining associated documentation.
- The candidate is also responsible for word processing, record keeping, timekeeping, document filing, processing and coordinating resources.
- The candidate will be responsible for claiming mail at designated location and sort for each stakeholder. Package and send mail for user groups located in 4IP or other locations in the service territory and ensure receipt in a timely manner.
