Position Summary/Role Overview:
Bimbo Bakeries USA is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Analytics Analyst to join our Media Analytics team. This role will be instrumental in transforming complex media and e-Commerce data into actionable insights that drive brand performance and business growth. You'll work across a variety of digital and traditional media channels, supporting brand performance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report on media performance across brand and e-commerce campaigns (paid social, display, search, retail media, etc.)
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights to stakeholders integrating data from multiple data sources
  • Assist with managing and reporting various analytical models including MMM and with volume forecasting from those models
  • Manage, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Excel and other tools
  • Collaborate with media planners, brand managers, and e-commerce teams to align reporting with business goals
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in media performance data
  • Support test-and-learn initiatives and A/B testing analysis
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience or schooling in media analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI Tools
  • Strong understanding of marketing media metrics (CPM, CTR, ROI, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Background in regression & attribution modeling and data querying tools (SQL, Python, etc.)
